Your Rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee, we will happily provide a refund or exchange upon presentation of proof of purchase.

Proof of purchase must be provided to process a return or exchange.

Shippping & Returns
All outbound shipping is $10 Australia-wide.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning goods to our warehouse (unless required otherwise under the Australian Consumer Law).
Order Changes & Cancellations
Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. However, if your order has not yet been dispatched, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible at hello@locao.com.au.
